Outdoors, there is also a barbecue and a griddle for outdoor cooking. The private pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days and has sun loungers for sunbathing. There is also ample parking for 10 cars on the property.

- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.
- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was very spacey and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host was friendly and let us check in earlier. I would definitely recommend.

Really Great Villa. All bedrooms were en-suite. The property very tastefully refurbished and furnished. Kitchen very well stocked with kit indeed, like a real kitchen not a rental kitchen with the basics. A good kitchen for cooks although you need tosee more

Kitchen very well stocked with kit indeed, like a real kitchen not a rental kitchen with the basics. A good kitchen for cooks although you need to bring matches as one pilot light works. Views from the pool and upper floors are delightful especially in the morning when the valley is laid heavy with mist. Pool table, tennis table and lots of grounds to keep the kids happy. Large BBQ area and terrace. It’s a delight. One problem is that it’s nearly impossible to get cabs even though it’s remarkably easy to find. Palma is a delight but head to nearby Petra for authentic local cuisine and wines for not much money. Bar Stop is packed with locals and serves earthy plates of rabbit, squid, chicken and beans. 3 course lunch with wines for 7, €109. We had a great time.

We had a perfect stay at the beautiful finca. The house is very spacious and has nice terraces around it. The view from the pool area is just amazing and the whole surrounding of the is very calm. You furthermore have the beautiful sundown-light at tsee more

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Vilafranca! The hosts were really nice, early check in and late check out were no problem at all. The house is amazingly renovated, everything has been thought of and it is just beautiful! We will definitely be going see more

Der einzige Nachteil an der finca ist, dass sie doch ziemlich weit vom Meer entfernt ist (ca 30 Minuten)
