Description
Charming finca with garden and private pool in Santa Margalida, 10 minutes driving distance to the beach of Can Picafort. Here, 6 guests can spend a quiet holiday in the countryside.
Santa Margalida is an authentic village in the north centre of Majorca and in 10-15 minutes you reach many dreamlike beaches; among them Capellans, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Son Serra de Marina. Large supermarkets, restaurants and further services are to be found in Can Picafort or Alcúdia, where there is at the same time a beautiful old town. During spring and winter, it is the perfect time for cycling and hiking in the Tramuntana mountains. A car is necessary.
During warm summer days, it is wonderful to cool off in the private pool and then sunbathe on one of the 6 sun beds. The pool is chlorinated and has a size of 10 x 5 meters. The spacious and well-kept garden invites you to spread out your towel directly on the lawn while the family chef prepares a tasty barbecue. The porch gives access to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, dining table and much more. From there you reach the living-dining room with wood-burning cooker, Wifi and satellite TV. To relax you can choose between 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Two bathrooms, with bath or shower, as well as a washing machine, central heating, cot and high chair complete the equipment.
Please note:
The house operates through solar panels. Please avoid using too many electrical appliances at the same time.
The deposit of 300 Eur will be held via credit card and the customer will have to provide his details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

This lovely vacation house with private pool is in Can Picafort, Majorca North and offers a quiet home for 2-6 people. The private chlorine pool is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers, parasols, a small garden and a dining area with barbecue. Inside, this one-storey house offers a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, living-dining room with satellite-TV, two bedrooms with a double bed each, one room with 2 single beds, an en-suite shower bath and an independent bathroom with bathtub. The equippmed includes free Wifi and a washing machine. There's only air conditioning in the main building, not in the annexed building where you'll find a fan. Pets are welcome. The village of Can Picafort offers lots of services; restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets. The fine grained sand beach is nice for families with children and you can visit more beaches in the area like Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina.
