Description
Set in Son Ferriol, a few kilometres from Palma centre, this lovely villa with private pool can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
The urbanisation of Son Ferriol is near the beach of Can Pastilla, the son Gual golf course and the airport. Palma capital is famous for the La Seu Cathedral, the Santa Catalina market, the Passeig de Born with lots of shops and the quarter of Portixol where you can eat good seafood. A car is necessary.
Our guests love the private chlorine pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and a garden. The porch invites you to celebrate a nice summer dinner with friends and family. If you are a chef, you will like the barbecue area. The house has an exterior bathroom.
The living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite-TV has a cosy sofa to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob and a dishwasher. Our guests can choose between 3 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe or chest of drawers. The equipment includes Wifi, fans, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, a cot/high chair and a washing machine. You can park for free on the street.

The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
Parties / events are not allowed. We do not accept youth groups younger than 27 years, except families with children.
