The spacious and elegant Bonanova Style Villa (tourist license number ETV/9620) is located in an excellent location, in the west of Palma. It is the ideal place to relax. Its 3.70m x 2.30m and 0.9m deep swimming pool will refresh you on the hottest days and you can rest your eyes on the sea. On the other hand, you can bathe in the numerous coves that are just 5 or 10 minutes away by car, depending on the cove you choose. If you choose not to rent a car, you can walk or rent a bicycle. Being so close to the port, the house is perfect for those who choose to arrive on the island by boat. You will be staying just a few steps from the Porto Pi shopping centre, where you will find everything you need during your stay. Description Bonanova Style consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The outdoor space is very large as it has 3 terraces. At the front of the house there is a ground floor terrace and another terrace on the first floor, where the swimming pool is located. At the back is the garden and barbecue with a marble dining table. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Villa has 3 rest areas outside, one of the bedrooms is located on the roof and it has really wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. We've spent there 5 days, as 2 families with children and we highly recommend this location. We had 2 cars (Seat Arosa and Ford Kuga) and they both fit in the garage, however bigger cars probably wouldn't. Keep also in mind that the villa is located in city area with pretty narrow streets, so driving around is always an adventure )

Es gab so viele Terrassen und schöne Plätze, dass man gar nicht wusste, wo man zu erst relaxen soll.

Hela huset var helt fantastiskt! Perfekt läge, gott om utrymme, nytt o fräscht! Loungen bredvid poolen bar alldeles underbar, här satt vi varje kväll tills inpå småtimmarna och mös. Poolen var helt fantastisk, likaså utsikten över havet
