Cots and highchairs for babies are available (upon request and at an additional cost). *This property is located in a residential area, which is why we only accept families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility, young groups will not be accepted. Rules: - Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground. - Keep the order and cleanliness at all times. - You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area. - Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape. - Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

In the outdoor area of the house, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, 4 parking spaces in the same building, and a bathroom are right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with complete tranquility. Pool towels are not included. This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply taking a bus (stop 50 meters from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipality of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by. This property is recommended for families or groups who want tranquility, for groups under 30 years of age an additional security deposit of €500 will be required in addition to the normal €500. Rules: -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not followed, a penalty will be imposed. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa. -Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay. -The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.
