Welcome to this charming house in Muro, Majorca North, with private pool, which offers a home away from home for up to 8 guests.
The house is just a few kilometers from the north coast and family-friendly beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia, clean beaches with fine sand. We recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença, the caves of Campanet and the Sierra de Tramuntana with its picturesque villages such as Sóller and Valldemossa in the West of the island. In the village of Muro you find a supermarket, a gas station and restaurants. More services can be found in Can Picafort or Alcúdia. A car is necessary.
Outside, you will be greeted by a beautiful garden adorned with majestic palm trees providing you with shade during hot and lazy summer days. The private swimming pool of 9 x 5 meters, with a depth varying between 1.3 and 2 meters, becomes the perfect place to cool off and relax. Seven comfortable sunbeds will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun while sunbathing. In addition, the built-in barbecue will invite you to organize delicious meals outdoors, taking advantage of the outdoor lighting to enjoy dinners under the stars. The furnished porch overlooking the pool is the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable moments. The private outdoor parking space can accommodate up to 3 cars.
Inside, the ground floor houses a cozy living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, creating an ideal space to relax after a day full of activities. High-speed wifi, suitable for remote working, will keep you connected during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and more. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and shower. Two more bedrooms with two single beds each, also equipped with air conditioning, offer cozy spaces for relaxation. Two other bedrooms with one single bed each, although not air-conditioned, are equipped with fans to ensure your comfort. A second full bathroom with hairdryer and bathtub completes the amenities.
The house also features practical amenities such as washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a crib and high chair can be provided upon request, ensuring a convenient stay for families with small children.
To consider:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by e-mail.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
