- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events at the house.

This wonderful villa is located in a very quiet rural area on the outskirts of Marratxí, in the center of the island. Recently renovated, Villa Oasis-Can Ribas takes care of even the smallest detail. In a modern and functional style, the house is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to spend a fantastic holiday. As far as the exterior is concerned, the accommodation has a beautiful garden with natural grass, a large swimming pool and several terraces furnished and prepared so that you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate. The villa is located on the outskirts of Marratxí, a municipality in the center of the island where you will find restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of services. In addition, it is less than 15 minutes drive from Palma, the capital of the island and a must see. On the other hand, the location of the accommodation allows you to easily explore any point of the island: the Serra de Tramuntana and its roads and coves, the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia and its spectacular beaches or the natural reserve of the Llevant Peninsula. Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the house. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
