The house has a wonderful salt water pool with different depths and a subtle Greek staircase, but this is not the only blue detail that shines in this villa. Because here, attention is paid to every detail, even the facade, which captivates with its panoramic windows that reach up to the ceiling, so it fits perfectly into the landscape. The terrace with a practical sail that acts as an awning as well as a parasol ensure that your skin will briefly move away from the sun when resting on your sun lounger on the green grass or taking a seat on the wooden terrace next to the pool to read your favourite novel and listen to the gentle waves. You can take a position next to the railing and enjoy the distant perspective. As soon as you get hungry, the mobile charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. The excellent outdoor dining table on the terrace is a particularly suitable place to eat. You will surely also like the spacious and casually designed interior of this modern villa. It awaits you with many subtle design and style details. From the living room, which invites you to relax (with a flat-screen TV, a very modern fireplace and two sofas), you will reach the connected dining room that blends with the open kitchen. The colours vary here, but still provide perfect harmony. The large work spaces in the kitchen provide enough space to try out some more daring recipes. There is a nice small glass table with four leather chairs for a quick morning coffee. In addition to the guest toilet, one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor. By the way, the architects have also allowed generosity to prevail in all the bathrooms, also in the use of materials. Glass and marble elements are attractively combined and leave no doubt that they were chosen precisely for a quality residence. From the light-flooded lobby, you can climb a staircase to the upper floor. Here, you will see a second living room that is directly connected to the areas of three bedrooms and a bathroom. The panoramic terrace is about to shout for you to go out and marvel at the view. And as if "Bay Blue" didn't have much more to offer, it's also worth exploring the area on your own. For example, a walk through the typically Mediterranean alleys of the small town of Bahía Azul, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, will surely make you forget your everyday worries, as well as a 5-minute walk down to the sea. Although the villa is located in a residential area and near the Ma-6014, it is wonderfully quiet. The whole area is known for being a guarantee of relaxation and offering dreamlike views of the capital's promenade and the open sea. The water is usually beautifully transparent and is perfect for all kinds of water sports, such as diving. And there are many other beaches in the area, the beautiful Es Trenc beach and the Sa Rapita beach are about 15-20 minutes away by car. The quiet Cala Pi bay is about 15 km away. Those who prefer a more lively atmosphere can drive about 10 minutes to reach Playa de Palma in Arenal or Can Pastilla. And for all those who don't love the water, the nearby towns offer plenty of opportunities for shopping and sports. It only takes about 25 minutes by car to reach Llucjamor for a wide experience like a visit to the weekly market or dinner in a restaurant. The Maioris golf course or the Palma aquarium are also nearby. These are just some of the fantastic experiences you can enjoy during your holiday at the "Bay Blue" villa. Rules: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed. - Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa. - Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay. - The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. Booking Conditions: - Visitors must pay a deposit of 700 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure. - In this villa, there are 2 Baby Sets consisting of two cots and two highchairs available upon request. - Extra electricity costs: up to 250 kWh of electricity consumption is included. If this consumption is exceeded, the difference must be paid in cash (0.32€ / kWh). "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it does not have common areas.

It has a high architectural value and offers all its visitors a truly unique experience. An infinity pool with ocean views and huge south-facing windows allow for an unparalleled sunset view. The house and surroundings It has capacity for up to 8 people, with 4 double bedrooms en suite, individual air conditioning in each room, an unheated outdoor Jacuzzi, non heated T-shaped pool, lounge, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest toilet, garage, 3 bicycles, a fireplace, underfloor heating, garden, barbecue, gym, sauna and library. Its minimalist design guarantees a comfortable and sophisticated stay because simplicity combined with good taste has no limits. It was designed with privacy and symmetry in mind. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and distinguished. The beach is just down the cliffs, a 20 minute walk, it is worth all the efforts, since it is a unique landscape. The property is a 20-minute drive from Palma and 10 minutes from the airport. Details The 2 main bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as stunning sea views. The two main bedrooms have a generous sized balcony. The third en-suite bedroom has views of the sea and the fourth en-suite bedroom has views of the private garden. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, towels and bedding. The living room has a 42' TV with Apple TV (where you can watch your favorite channel), Sonos sound system, 2 sofas and a table. The living room is furnished with 4 comfortable armchairs, 3 wooden coffee tables and a fireplace perfect for relaxing on cold winter nights. The library is stocked with a wide variety of books for your pleasure and a desk for those who must work. The dining room has a table and chairs with capacity for 10 people and all the utensils are at your disposal to set the table. The library, the living room, the living room and the dining room share the same space but are subtly separated and make up different environments. The whole house offers exceptional sea views, including the kitchen. By opening the windows throughout the house, the sea breeze acclimatizes the space to enjoy the fresh heavenly air in the hot summer months. Electronic blinds can be dimmed, allowing you to choose the amount of light and air that passes through. Similarly, a fireplace and underfloor heating create the perfect environment for winter accommodation as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glassware, crockery, pots, pans, and other essential utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven, induction hob, steam cooker, washing machine, dryer, iron and fridge / freezer, making cooking a breeze. There is a utility room accessible through the kitchen to store food and wine. Infinity unheated pool The infinity pool can be described in two parts. First: an upper level pool and hot tub. Second: a T-shaped pool surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers. The water cascades from the upper level to the lower level in a cascading flow that brings serenity. Other things to note There's a minor construction undergoing in the neighbour's house that can produce soft noises. For safety reasons close all blinds when away or sleeping. To shut all blinds of the under floor there's a general button to the left of the door. We don't recommend the services of nobody such as chefs, babysitter, teachers etc because we don't want to be involved. But you are free to bring anybody home. It is safe to leave the car outside on the streets. But not over the sidewalk. If too many electricity is used at the same time the power will go off. To have it on again go to the garage to the right side of the wooden door and set the switches up again. There are no shades or umbrellas and we won’t arrange any. We recommend you to enjoy the views inside the pool over a float or air mattress and get a good shinny mediterranean than. We have sacrificed security for design, therefore some places where should be fences there are not, such as pool area and staircases. On the other hand, the stone around the top pool area is slippery when wet, be careful. Please note no accident has never happened yet, because we always tell guests to be carefull. Theses two security concerns are the reason children under 12 yo are not recommended but they are welcome if their parents take full responsibility.
