The house has a wonderful salt water pool with different depths and a subtle Greek staircase, but this is not the only blue detail that shines in this villa. Because here, attention is paid to every detail, even the facade, which captivates with its panoramic windows that reach up to the ceiling, so it fits perfectly into the landscape. The terrace with a practical sail that acts as an awning as well as a parasol ensure that your skin will briefly move away from the sun when resting on your sun lounger on the green grass or taking a seat on the wooden terrace next to the pool to read your favourite novel and listen to the gentle waves. You can take a position next to the railing and enjoy the distant perspective. As soon as you get hungry, the mobile charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. The excellent outdoor dining table on the terrace is a particularly suitable place to eat. You will surely also like the spacious and casually designed interior of this modern villa. It awaits you with many subtle design and style details. From the living room, which invites you to relax (with a flat-screen TV, a very modern fireplace and two sofas), you will reach the connected dining room that blends with the open kitchen. The colours vary here, but still provide perfect harmony. The large work spaces in the kitchen provide enough space to try out some more daring recipes. There is a nice small glass table with four leather chairs for a quick morning coffee. In addition to the guest toilet, one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor. By the way, the architects have also allowed generosity to prevail in all the bathrooms, also in the use of materials. Glass and marble elements are attractively combined and leave no doubt that they were chosen precisely for a quality residence. From the light-flooded lobby, you can climb a staircase to the upper floor. Here, you will see a second living room that is directly connected to the areas of three bedrooms and a bathroom. The panoramic terrace is about to shout for you to go out and marvel at the view. And as if "Bay Blue" didn't have much more to offer, it's also worth exploring the area on your own. For example, a walk through the typically Mediterranean alleys of the small town of Bahía Azul, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, will surely make you forget your everyday worries, as well as a 5-minute walk down to the sea. Although the villa is located in a residential area and near the Ma-6014, it is wonderfully quiet. The whole area is known for being a guarantee of relaxation and offering dreamlike views of the capital's promenade and the open sea. The water is usually beautifully transparent and is perfect for all kinds of water sports, such as diving. And there are many other beaches in the area, the beautiful Es Trenc beach and the Sa Rapita beach are about 15-20 minutes away by car. The quiet Cala Pi bay is about 15 km away. Those who prefer a more lively atmosphere can drive about 10 minutes to reach Playa de Palma in Arenal or Can Pastilla. And for all those who don't love the water, the nearby towns offer plenty of opportunities for shopping and sports. It only takes about 25 minutes by car to reach Llucjamor for a wide experience like a visit to the weekly market or dinner in a restaurant. The Maioris golf course or the Palma aquarium are also nearby. These are just some of the fantastic experiences you can enjoy during your holiday at the "Bay Blue" villa. Rules: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed. - Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa. - Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay. - The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. Booking Conditions: - Visitors must pay a deposit of 700 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure. - In this villa, there are 2 Baby Sets consisting of two cots and two highchairs available upon request. - Extra electricity costs: up to 250 kWh of electricity consumption is included. If this consumption is exceeded, the difference must be paid in cash (0.32€ / kWh). "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it does not have common areas.

The villa is in the South of Majorca, a 20 Minutes’ drive from Palma de Mallorca. The capital is famous for a wide range of leisure and culture, the La Seu Cathedral and the trendy Santa Catalina quarter. Badia Gran provides you with a pharmacy, a grocery shop and a few restaurants, like Bahía Beach Club. The beach of Badia Gran is rocky, but there are nice sand beaches in about 10-15 km; like Cala Blava, Can Pastilla or S’Arenal. A 40 minutes’ drive takes you to the natural beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Arenal de Sa Ràpita. There are two golf courses in the South, Puntiró and Son Gual. In Campos and Llucmajor, you will find supermarkets and more services. There’s nothing better than wake up with the sound of the waves and take a morning dip in the private, 10 x 5 meters sized infinity salt water pool. The salt water pool has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters and is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with several sun loungers and a parasol. The poolside porch overlooks the sea and is a nice place for having a barbecue or lunch. There’s a second terrace at the front of the house, equipped with a table and chairs. After a day on the beach, you can wash off the sand at the exterior shower. The living-dining area has beautiful views to the pool and the sea and is perfect for having lunch together or having a rest on the sofa. The chalet features a TV with satellite channels, air conditioning in the dining area and in four bedrooms, WiFi, DVD-player and central heating for the winter. Every chef will enjoy cooking meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and much more. Two single bedrooms and a shower bath with hair dryer are on the ground floor. Mind that one of these single rooms has no A/C and you have to cross it to get to the other bedroom (no total privacy). The main bedroom with double bed, sea views and en-suite bath with bathtub and bidet is on the first floor. Furthermore, there’s another bedroom with double bed and en-suite bath with bathtub and a room with a trundle bed and en-suite bath with bathtub. The laundry offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. We can supply a baby bed and a cot. You can park for free on the plot of the house. To consider: We don't accept youth groups under 27 years, except families with children. The house has an alarm with security cameras. (they do not record and are disconnected when guest are staying there). There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 14 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email. The fireplace can’t be used.
