On the ground floor there are two large double bedrooms with the option of an extra bed, a large Mallorcan-style hall decorated with 18th century furniture and paintings, an antique dining room, a modern and cozy living room with air conditioning, in a vaulted space with views of the garden, and a complete bathroom with spectacular shower and dressing room. Modern kitchen with all the necessities.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with the option of an extra bed and a complete bathroom.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

In the garden area there is an outdoor kitchen, with a wood oven and barbecue for tasty lunches and dinners. A table with chairs in the shade of a bower, a large solarium
with sun loungers and a sofa area, an outdoor room where you can leave your bicycles, and a spectacular turquoise blue salt pool made of stone.

Reservation Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit upon arrival, of 1000.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.

- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.

- Please note that check-in has an extra cost from 9:00 p.m. onwards, €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Rules:

- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
