Inca is a charming city located in the heart of Mallorca, known for its traditional weekly marketry. The city offers a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, as well as historic landmarks such as the Church of Santa Maria la Major and the Convent of Sant Domingo. Just a short distance away from Inca lies the Tramuntana mountains, a Unesco World Heritage Site famous for its stunning natural beauty and picturesque villages like Valldemossa and Sóller. The mountains offer a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and rock climbing, making it a popular destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The northern beaches, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are just a 30-minutes drive away. A car is necessary to explore the island and move around.
This beautiful villa boasts a private and fenced 8 x 4 metres pool, which is 0.6 to 1.7 metres deep, perfect for a refreshing swim on hot days. The pool area is complemented by a barbecue area with seating, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends. The villa also features a lovely garden with a hammock and a ping pong table, providing entertainment for all ages. The porch offers a cozy seating area with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views. Private parking space is available outside.
Inside, the villa features a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge, cooking utensils, and filter coffee machine. The three bedrooms include two with a double bed and one with two singles, offering a ceiling fan in each room. The villa also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the hallway to the bedrooms, ensuring your comfort during your stay. Additionally, free WiFi and satellite TV are provided for your entertainment. A cot and a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 14 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be paid before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
