Additionally, it has a rustic furnished porch, ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying a barbecue with family or friends. For added convenience, the property includes an outdoor bathroom and shower. Children will have their own fun space in the playground with a slide. Parking is free and located outside the property.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival.
Pets and events are not allowed.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of ID cards or passports for all guests over 16 years old. This information should be sent by email.
