Lovely holiday villa near the sea where you can enjoy pleasure, well-being and tranquility in an idyllic setting very close to the protected natural area of the Es Trenc beach and Es Salobrar de Campos.

It has 6 cosy and well-equipped rooms with clear views and is equipped with those amenities that will allow our guests to enjoy maximum comfort. 3 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the next 3 have a separate bathroom but in front of the room, across the corridor.
It has a beautiful living room with sofas, TV and fireplace for your relaxation. The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
In the Garden you will have a beautiful pool, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace and barbecue.
Can Riera is located just 3 km from Es Trenc, one of Mallorca's most famous beaches for its dazzling sandy stretches and crystal clear waters. In just under 4 km, this beach in the municipality of Campos is classified as a protected natural area, so on its virgin coast you will only find a few beach services and, curiously, several post-war bunkers. The sandy beach also has a nudist area. A little further inland, there is an expanse of low forest and scrubland, which soon leads to extensive pine forests.
The name Trenc comes from trencar or break, and apparently refers to the channel that breaks the coastline, draining the flow of the inland lagoons. The quality of the water, the tranquility and the expanse of the sandy beach make Es Trenc one of the best options for bathing in Mallorca.
*If energy consumption is excessive (more than 20L of diesel/day) a surcharge for excessive energy use will be requested.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
-Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 1000.00 Euros (by bank transfer) before arrival, which will be refunded on departure.

Around A space in harmony with nature The surroundings of the house have landscapes and urban centers where you can enjoy nature, beaches and leisure. It is Salobrar de Campos It is Salobrar de Campos, 130 hectares of seawater ponds that extend like a fascinating game of mirrors. There is evidence that Carthaginians and Romans already dedicated themselves to the salt mining activity in the area. And today, the so-called 'white gold' continues to be extracted using traditional methods. Due to its undoubted ecological value, the salobral is classified as a protected natural area. It proliferates a flora and fauna adapted to the soils rich in salt. But above all it stands out for the abundance of birds – of which up to 1,700 species have been cataloged – making it an ecosystem highly appreciated by lovers of ornithology. Its relief is mountainous and austere, and the coast is dominated by cliffs that sometimes exceed 100 meters in altitude, softened by coves with turquoise waters. Unique species of seabirds and lizards live here, but the most surprising fauna and flora are submerged: the Posidonia meadows almost touch the shore, and countless fish can be seen with the naked eye. A paradise for lovers of scuba diving. The island also has a castle from the end of the 14th century. Mondragó Natural Park Less than 20 km from the house is Mondragó, an exceptional set of virgin coves recognized as a Natural Park. Among them is the cove of Sa Barca Trencada, close to Portopetro, and further south is the Caló des Borgit. Der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Finca war sauber, die Ausstattung der Küche in Ordnung. Wir waren mit 12 Personen vor Ort und hatten genügend Platz. Nicht alle Zimmer haben ein Bad en Suite - einige Bäder liegen außerhalb der Zimmer. Das ist vielleicht eine Info, die man vorab wissen sollte. Uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört :) Check-In und Kommunikation problemlos.

Great place - you can see that the owners put a lot of thought and care into furnishing and maintaining the house, very tasteful, different spaces with tables and chairs (always enough), very cosy, makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is a bit small and maybe not a focus but everything was there and we managed a 7 item Ottolenghi Christmas dinner anyway. We were there in December so it was chilly at night - the heating worked everywhere, no problems with warm water. The beds and matresses were excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a large group holiday (you do need a car to get places but all amenities are within 10 - 15 min drive and it's only 25 - 30 min to Palma)
