The Garballó Alcudia - Sea Front Holiday Villa that we present is a dream come true for beach and tranquility lovers. Located on the beachfront, its beautiful sea view becomes the perfect setting to enjoy dream vacations. The garden in front of the property has direct access to Muro Beaches, famous for their fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, making it the ideal place for those who enjoy water sports, sunbathing, and relaxing by the sea. Tourist license number: DRIAT 1688/2017.
The house is spacious and features a large living room that benefits from the large windows that allow a great amount of natural light, providing a sense of spaciousness and freshness. The living room is equipped with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, state-of-the-art TV, and wifi access. From here, guests can enjoy the beautiful sea views without having to leave the house. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during their stay.
The villa's kitchen is traditional and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook delicious meals. In total, the villa has four double bedrooms, three of which are located in the main house and one that is separate, accessed externally, and has a double bed and a single bed with a private bathroom. This layout makes it perfect for a large family or a group of friends.
Finally, Villa Garballó has a spacious private parking in front of the property, which makes it ideal for those who want to travel by car and have the peace of mind of knowing that their vehicle is safe. Overall, this villa is a true paradise for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay near the sea in a unique and spectacular natural setting.
Muro Beach is an incredible place to enjoy a vacation, and there are many interesting things that can be done in this area:
- Practice water sports: Muro Beach is an ideal place to practice water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, and sailing. On the beach, there are several companies that offer equipment rental and classes for beginners, making it an excellent place to try something new or enjoy a sport you already know.
- Visit the S'Albufera Natural Park: The S'Albufera Natural Park is one of the most important places on the island of Mallorca for bird watching. The park is located a few kilometers from Muro Beach, and features a wide variety of bird species that can be observed in the different wetlands, lagoons, and rivers that compose it.
- Exploring the Alcúdia Market: The Alcúdia market is one of the largest and most popular markets on the island of Mallorca, and it takes place every Tuesday and Sunday in the city of Alcúdia, located a few kilometers from Muro Beach. At the market, you can find a wide variety of local products such as fresh food, handicrafts, clothing, and souvenirs. It is an excellent place to try local cuisine and buy some souvenirs to take home.
There are cribs and high chairs for babies available (upon request).
*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
Reservation Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros before arrival, which will be refunded after departure.
- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
- Check-in from 8:00 PM will have an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. €100 from 11:00 PM onwards.
- There are 2 cribs available upon request. The first one has no cost and the second one has a cost of 10.00€ per night.

Villa Lago is in a fantastic position, right next to Lake Estany Petit, just a few minutes walk from the center of Alcudia. The main street is full of a great variety of shops and places to eat. Beach enthusiasts are also well served with the complexes of the enormous Alcudia bay with sandy beach just a 15-minute walk away. This charming 4-bedroom villa has a spacious and bright interior, with mountain and lake views from the pool and upper balconies, which are accessed through the two double bedrooms on the upper floor. The villa features a well-maintained garden with lawn and a sunny pool and terrace facing south. From the pool side, you can see the impressive mountains in one direction, with views of the neighboring lake in the other. The covered part of the terrace provides shade for the outdoor dining area and barbecue zone. The combined living and dining area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a table with chairs. The large double patio doors open to the dining room / pool terrace and allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. Next to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Villa Lago has 4 large rooms, 1 double room located on the ground floor with a private bathroom with shower. The remaining rooms are on the first floor of the property. 1 double room with a/c, and a full bathroom with shower and corner bathtub, toilet and 2 sinks. The villa had an amazing view, a well equiped kitchen and spacious rooms. We had enough towels to use both on sumbeds that were provided on site but also ones to use after showering. The villa had a smart Tv with netflix and wireless of course. We hasee more

We had a great stay at the villa and we would probably come back again.

All commodities are nearby : supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. This region of Majorque is also one of the most beautifull with many visits & activities around (Pollenca village, Alcudia village, Aquapark, etc). Also any possible missing equipment in the house were replaced/brought immediately when we asked for it.
