The stylish semi-detached villa is ideal for 9 people, located in the area of Valdelagrana, only 300 meters from the beach.
The Accommodation
It has 4 bedrooms, and a studio with double sofa-bed and private bathroom, the main bedroom with a 1.60m bed and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage, a second bedroom with a terrace and double bed, a third bedroom with a 1m single bed and the fourth with a single bed. A large living room with sofas. Independent kitchen with door to the backyard and fully equipped. Private garden with terrace.Equipment
Among the equipment, we find a wifi internet connection, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc... for a pleasant stay with the family.
Services and common areas
The accommodation is in a residential area with two swimming pools, one for children.
The delivery of keys is done in the accommodation, a person will do the reception and delivery of keys.
We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone and at the times indicated.
Located in Valdelagrana, less than five minutes by car from the center of Puerto de Santa Maria, you can move on foot both to the beach and to the leisure areas, restaurants, and supermarkets located a few meters from the urbanization.
If you wish to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to take the car, you have many more beach and leisure options. Given the location, you can get to Rota or Chipiona in only 35 minutes. You can enjoy excellent restaurants in the center of the Port and it is only a 5-minute drive and if you fancy a trip to Cadiz by ferry across the Bay it will take you only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And even if it takes you more than an hour it is advisable if you are in the area to visit the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca, and Zahara de Los Atunes.
