Modern and comfortable apartment in a newly built building located in the north of Gran Canaria, close to the beach of San Andres. The village is very quiet and offers easy access in all directions. The roof terrace has a spectacular panoramic view over the nearby beach. All facilities are close by. It is not necessary to rent a car, but we recommend it for flexibility. The driving distance to the city of Las Palmas is about 10min. Good connection to all parts of the island.
Bus stop nearby. Parking can be found easily in the surrounding areas.

You can access the accommodation anytime after 3 pm.
Early check-in can only be managed upon request. If you need one, please send us an e-mail. Remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, and your online guest registration. Please be aware that guest registration is mandatory for individuals over 16 years old, and access to the property can only be given when completed for all travelers. You only need to finish the registration process online if you paid your entire reservation upfront to your favorite booking platform (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, etc.).
We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the complete safety of our guests. The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff and according to Covid-19 measures.
