Located in the charming village of Santa Margarita, just 8 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Can Picafort, this cozy town house is the perfect retreat for up to 6 people. Santa Margarita is located in the north of Mallorca and offers picturesque streets and a beautiful main square with bars and restaurants. A few minutes drive takes you to the coastal village of Can Picafort, with a fabulous sandy beach, plenty of restaurants, nightlife, gas stations, entertainment and shopping. You can practice water sports or take long walks on the sand. It is recommended to visit the town of Alcúdia and its market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. During the spring and autumn season, the area is very nice for hiking and cycling or organize a day trip to the Tramuntana mountains, including Sóller and Valldemossa. A car is necessary and you can park for free on the street. It has a large terrace with a furnished porch, ideal for al fresco dining. In addition, it has a mobile barbecue to prepare delicious meals outdoors. Next to it, the terrace continues in an L-shape and offers two comfortable garden chairs and an outdoor shower. If you are looking for sunbathing in total privacy, an outside staircase leads to a solarium equipped with four sun loungers and a sail to shelter you from the sun. The porch leads to a bright dining area with a fully equipped kitchen to the rear. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including an induction cooktop, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven. Just next to it, you will find another more formal dining area with a spacious table for six. Between these two areas, you will find the cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a satellite TV. Continuing on, a foyer with a small sofa is perfect for taking off your shoes before entering from the street. On the first floor, a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and closet offers comfort and privacy. Also, on this level, you will find a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three more bedrooms, guaranteeing enough space for all guests. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed, although it does not have air conditioning. The other two bedrooms have single beds and air conditioning to ensure a good night's rest. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower and hairdryer available for convenience. With wifi available throughout the house and the possibility to request a crib and highchair, this charming townhouse in Santa Margarita offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
