Wonderful Guesthouse in Maspalomas near the famous Sand Dunes of Maspalomas. The building is recently refurnished and offers all necessary comfort for short and long stays: well-cared outside areas and a private garden area.

Fast and reliable wifi through an independent optic fiber connection. Kitchen fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave among other utilities. Two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with the possibility to sleep two more guests.
Services and common areas
The resort is well-maintained and offers a large community outdoor pool for guests. All necessary services like supermarkets, pharmacies, and a wide variety of restaurants are in the neighborhood. The leisure and commercial center “Holiday World” is within a 2 min walking distance.

It is located in Maspalomas, south of Gran Canaria. Distances to the famous beach beaches of the south are less than 5 min by car.
How to get around the area
Travelers who like to walk/hike can reach the beach of Maspalomas within a 15 min walk. Car is not necessary but recommended. Cars can be parked at the parking outside the resort. Bus stations in several directions are within walking distance.

We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the complete safety of our guests. The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff and according to Covid-19 measures.

We recommend hiring a car even if public transportation is available.
According to the tourism law (Royal Decree 933/2021, by the Spanish Ministry of Domestic Affairs), we are obliged to transmit the data of each traveler to the authorities. Therefore, our clients must register in our application once the reservation is finalized.
For this purpose, we ask for a private email address where we can send the credentials of the application to make the registration.
This procedure is generic and necessary to give you access to the property.
