The living room shares a spacious and open space, creating a warm and social atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a private solarium terrace perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying outdoor meals.
The duplex has two floors. On the ground floor, we find a terrace and private parking. Upon entering the property, there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with balconies with sea views, another with two single beds and a bathroom.
