Beautiful rustic house with pool at Sineu for 6 guests who wish to spend relaxing days between the countryside and the beach
Sineu’s town is located at the centre of Majorca’s Island, where every Wednesday the colourful market takes place on the streets. The north coast zone is about 20 kilometres where the best pristine and white sand beaches such as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia offer to their visitor’s days of enjoyment in family with the best natural landscapes. Capdepera and Artá towns are easy to have access too. Sineu counts with some stores and restaurants with typica food.
This cosy house between the countryside and mountains counts with a beautiful garden with lawn and a chlorine swimming pool of 9 X 5 metres and 0, 80 X 1, 70 metres depth where both grownups and children will enjoy having a bath during a summer afternoon once arrived from a day on the beach, or just sunbathing at the sofas in front of the pool while the chef of the family prepares a delicious barbecue with fresh vegetables. At the end of the day and if you fancy playing ping pong there is a play room in front of the barbecue area where the guests can have some fun during their stay. The house porch with exterior furniture where to have breakfast before starting the journey with the entrance doors made of wood and glass, that let the light go into its interior, and the leaving room with a sofa and satellite TV where to spend a quiet evening. The dining room next the kitchen equipped with a gas stoves, dishwasher, and basic kitchenware among others, to make guests feel like home. An attic with rocking chairs above the kitchen gives a special touch to the property. There are 3 bedrooms where to rest, 2 of them with double beds and the third one with 2 single beds. The 3 bedrooms have an exit a door to the garden. There is a closet on the hall to be share by all the bedrooms too. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of them with hair dryer. A washing machine completes the house equipment. A cot and a highchair under request.

This innovative home operates entirely through solar panels, maximizing the use of solar energy to minimize its environmental impact. Energy efficiency is a priority, so the dishwasher and washing machine are programmed to operate only between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., ensuring a responsible use of the available energy.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.
