The bungalow has a spacious, bright living room, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and an independent kitchen.
To highlight its pool that in winter is heated to approximately 24 degrees and its beautiful gardens.
Among the equipment we find air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen TV with international channels, washing machine, microwave, large capacity fridge, freezer, coffee maker, water heater, juice squeezer and kitchen utensils in general, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc... and many other elements to enjoy a stay on the island.
The property is private and exclusive to guests, except for the community pool.
Playa del Inglés is a world-famous tourist area visited by millions of travellers annually. The property is located about 200 meters from the well-known Yumbo shopping centre. Visitors enjoy the famous Dunes, and a kilometres-long golden sandy beach, rich and varied local and international cuisine and all the services you can imagine, such as supermarkets, cafes, nightlife, pharmacies, health centres, etc. ..... The privileged climate with an average temperature of 22º makes it possible to enjoy the sun and the beach all year round. The GC1 freeway connects this enclave with the airport and the island's capital, Las Palmas de GC, the largest of the Canary archipelago. A city with more than 500 years of history that you should not miss. The privileged location, the apartment's equipment, the privileged climate and the services the area offers are compelling reasons to choose this property to enjoy a great stay in Playa del Inglés.
In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to know the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations. If you drive without a doubt the best option is to rent a car, which we can also arrange, the prices are excellent.

Nice apartment with private terrace with direct access to the Aguila beach promenade. Beautiful apartment in Playa del Águila located in the well-known 'Sun Club' of Playa del Águila that is in front of the beach of the same name. This apartment complex has excellent maintenance, is very clean and quiet, and is only 50 meters from the seashore. Access to the Sun Club is limited to owners and clients; therefore, it is a very safe place to stay. Direct access to the promenade allows you to visit the passage directly. You will find a large outdoor swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has all the necessary elements to guarantee a comfortable stay. The air conditioning is in the living room and the bedroom. Guests can watch TV on several international channels, and free wifi is provided. Der Bungalow 453C im Sun Club ist richtig schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Er ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Bildern. Die elektrische Markise ist nur nach längeren probieren funktionsfähig. Leider hat ein Gast wohl den Safe Scsee more
Der Bungalow 453C im Sun Club ist richtig schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Er ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Bildern. Die elektrische Markise ist nur nach längeren probieren funktionsfähig. Leider hat ein Gast wohl den Safe Schlüssel mitgenommen ? Er fehlte bei unserem zweiten Besuch. Wir währen sehr gerne dort länger geblieben, vor allen Dingen wegen der ruhigen Lage. Volle 5 Sterne auch weil er Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern hat. Man merkt das alles durchdacht ist und die Liebe zum Detail ist spürbar.
