This little gem is situated on the prestigious Sunset Villas condominium, located next to the Vila Sol golf clubhouse and featuring a lovely communal pool facility and underground parking space. The real bonus of this property is the outdoor space, as the apartment has two extensive terraces- the lower main terrace situated next to the living room and a superb private roof terrace, furnished with sun loungers- perfect for sun worshippers! With wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates. LIVING AREAS This first floor apartment is accessed via a flight of steps. Leading from the entrance hallway is the kitchen, fully equipped for self catering purposes and with appliances including a microwave, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, juicer, fridge freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
