please improve your payment methods. CC should be possible not only banking transfer especially when you loose the overview of the payments. I made my payment 10 prior to may stay and got the acces code only in the evening of my arrival date. Not cussee more

I made my payment 10 prior to may stay and got the acces code only in the evening of my arrival date. Not custom oriented. In the kitchen the induction plate is not working properly. I asume ist connected to 220V instead of 380V. It took 20 minutes to heat up a small amount of water.
