It is located in the heart of Playa del Ingles, a few meters from the famous dunes of Maspalomas. It is completely renovated, furnished, with great detail and has excellent equipment and services nearby.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two single beds, highlighting the terrace with views of the pool area and gardens where you can enjoy a glass of wine and an aperitif enjoying the sunset.
Among the equipment, we find a Wi-Fi internet connection, flat screen TV, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and washing machine; the kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, juice squeezer, toaster, water heater and kitchen utensils in general.
