Apartamento recién reformado y todo muy nuevo, tal como se ve en las fotos. El único problema de la habitación, en planta baja, es que tiene la ventana dando a una calle con bastante tráfico por lo que es considerablemente ruidoso, incluso con la ventana cerrada.
