Very bright and fresh apartment, located on the seafront, on the Valdelagrana beach in El Puerto de Stª Mª. It has just been completely restored; it has everything new, plumbing, electricity, floors, windows, walls, kitchen, furniture, etc. It has three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, the main one with a double bed with access to the terrace and a ceiling fan, another with two beds and the third with a bunk bed. It has two full bathrooms. A large terrace furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a table so you can eat or have an aperitif enjoying impressive views of the beach and the entire Bay of Cádiz with the new bridge in the background. You can enjoy the same remarkable views from the terrace in a spacious living room with a large window and sitting on the sofa. It has a ceiling fan and digital TV. Independent kitchen, well equipped with all the necessary items, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. It has a communal roof terrace to hang clothes. Valdelagrana is a beach with warm and calm waters, in the Urbanization itself you can find leisure areas (drink and tapas bars, restaurants, beach bars, fried food, ice cream parlours, bowling), bazaars, supermarkets, bus stops, taxis, pharmacies, A five-minute walk away there is a train stop that connects with Cádiz, Jerez, etc. Next to the Urbanization is the Toruños Natural Park, with many leisure and outdoor activities such as bicycle rental, train rides, a climbing wall for children, walks between salt flats and marshes, sighting of flamingos and other birds, etc.
