Welcome to our ideal holiday accommodation for 8 people in the Ancla area, just 300 meters from the beach. This recently renovated place will captivate you with its beautiful design style and amenities.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 1.60-meter double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a private terrace and a double bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, while the fourth has a bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning for greater comfort.
The American kitchen, with a window that overlooks the garden, is fully equipped with everything you need. The spacious living room offers comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a Wi-Fi connection, and a table for eight people to enjoy family meals. In addition to the terrace above, we also have another 25 m2 deck with a table, chairs and awning, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Additional amenities include a Wi-Fi internet connection, a flat-screen TV in the living room, a washing machine, a microwave, complete kitchenware, a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron, among others, to make your stay pleasant and comfortable for the family.
The accommodation is located in an urbanization with four swimming pools, two for children, and large garden areas.
As for the location, the accommodation is located in El Ancla, near the most beautiful beaches of Puerto de Santa María. You can walk to the beach and the leisure areas, restaurants and supermarkets, located a few meters from the urbanization.
If you want to move around the area, you can leave your car parked during your stay since you will find everything you need within walking distance. However, if you want to explore more, you have numerous options for beaches and entertainment that you can reach by car. Thanks to the privileged location, you can travel to Rota or Chipiona in just 15 minutes. In addition, you can enjoy the excellent gastronomic offer in the centre of the Port, just 10 minutes away by car. If you dare, we recommend you take a pleasant excursion to Cádiz crossing the bay by ferry, which will only take 30 minutes and is highly recommended. Although it requires a little more time (more than an hour), exploring the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca and Zahara de los Atunes is also recommended.
During your stay, a person will be available at the accommodation to give you the keys, and we will be at your disposal at all times, either through digital means or by telephone, following the indicated hours.

Hemos estado muy agusto, la casa está prácticamente nueva e igual que en las fotos. Repetiré otra vez sin duda, a 10 minutos de la playa y equipada. La terraza es muy agradable y sin nada de ruido en la urbanización. La única pega es que no tiene parsee more

La terraza es muy agradable y sin nada de ruido en la urbanización. La única pega es que no tiene parking y es algo complicado aparcar en esa zona en el mes de agosto. Pero todo es tal cual se describe en las imágenes y el anfitrión ha estado en todo momento pendiente de nosotros. Han sido una vacaciones muy tranquilas en esa casa. Volveré y la aconsejó a todo el mundi
