It has one bedroom and we accept a maximum capacity of 4 people, living room with views of a quiet street and garden areas, open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, and small terrace, the latter is ideal for romantic dinners under the stars accompanied by a glass of wine.

Among the equipment we find, high speed Wi-Fi internet connection, ideal for digital nomads, Smart TV, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware in general, hairdryer, iron and many other items that you can see in the ad and which will make you enjoy a pleasant stay on the island.

The accommodation is located in a privileged and at the same time quiet area, with easy parking, where the good weather always accompanies. Nearby there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and less than 2 km away you have the swimming pools of Lago Martiánez and the beach.
It is ideal for people looking for peace and quiet and at the same time being close to everything.

Our locks are electronic, days prior to your arrival we will contact you to send you the access to the house in a simple way.

The location of the flat is in a quiet area, but at the same time close to many shops and places to visit; Supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, the Loro Parque is one of the best zoos in the world and we have it at 8 minutes by car and the beach at 1,7km. Puerto de la Cruz is a place with a great atmosphere, well worth visiting on foot.
How to get around the area;
It is always more comfortable to travel by car, but in case you plan to move by public transport you can do it, we have a bus stop at 450 m. (5 minutes walk).
