Recently renovated design apartment listed as Turismo de Interior located in an emblematic building in the center of Palma de Majorca, Balearic Islands, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. This is the old "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday apartments with all the luxury of details, in which elements of modern design merge with details of the classic Mallorcan architecture of much value and some pieces of the museum that in his day it was.
It has a capacity for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed. It has a small and beautiful patio inside where you can enjoy and relax in complete harmony. Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center.
Booking conditions:
- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.
Rules:
-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.

This charming 50 m² duplex is ideal for discovering one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the city, the Santa Catalina neighborhood in Palma de Mallorca. It has three levels, the first at street level has an American kitchen on the left, fully equipped. Right next to it they have a small but complete bathroom with shower and in front of the entrance there is a sofa with a plasma TV and a dining table for 4 people. To the right of the entrance begins the staircase (without railing) to go up to the first floor. There is the double bed with a wardrobe and above which you can go up to a floor with another single bed. Another smart TV is hung on the wall in front of both beds. It has internet access (wifi), air conditioning and heat pump heating. If you need it, there is a covered car park in a nearby building, it is subject to availability and costs €16/night. This small but fantastic duplex apartment is located in the heart of Palma, in the lively neighborhood of Santa Catalina. You will find all kinds of restaurants and at night all kinds of bars and pubs to celebrate and enjoy the Majorcan night. It is important to inform that despite being in the middle of the bustle, the apartment is located on a small street, very narrow and with no traffic. In the morning you can wander in the Santa Catalina market, a few steps from the apartment, visit a multitude of shops of all kinds, stroll along the Paseo Marítimo (or do sports activities) and/or relax in the Sa Feixina park. NB: We do not offer cots for babies. The house features a beautiful rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the island’s sunny climate and views of the Bay of Palma. Please note, it is situated in a lively nightlife district. The property has three floors: Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and osmosis-treated water, laundry area, and toilet. Second floor: Bedroom with a balcony and shower room. Top floor: Rooftop terrace with panoramic views. Renovated in January 2023, the house is well-equipped for comfort, including two air conditioning units (hot/cold). Important: In 2025, construction along the promenade may cause occasional noise. It's quite a unique place, with the decor different to anywhere else. It's in the city centre, close to the square with amazing places to eat, the supermarket isn't far at all if you need to do some shopping. Clean facilities for the kitchen and bathsee more
