Description
Accommodation classified as "Interior Tourism". The one bedroom apartment has a capacity of up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It's located on the first floor without lift. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Fully equiped and stylish apartment, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower.
No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.
“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.
Rules:

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.
-Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

Le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento, alte e strette. La finestra della sala era difettosa, non si chiudeva. Per 4 persone in 5 notti e ci è stata lasciata poca carta igienica, Abbiamo dovuto ricomprarla noi.

The building itself can be quite noisy at night due the wooden ceilings and floorboards - bear that in mind. Otherwise, this place is great value, it’s well equipped and it’s definitely cosy!

Mi dilungherò un pò, visto che non ho trovato altre recensioni utili prima del mio arrivo.. L'accesso alla struttura è completamente elettronico, basta chiamare un numero telefonico (anche con whatsapp) e ti aprono la porta a distanza. Una volta dentsee more

L'accesso alla struttura è completamente elettronico, basta chiamare un numero telefonico (anche con whatsapp) e ti aprono la porta a distanza. Una volta dentro l'appartamento si trovano due chiavi elettroniche che aprono e chiudono la porta d'ingresso e quella di accesso all'appartamento. La strada è per 50 metri in ztl quindi poco trafficata, in 2 minuti a piedi raggiungi la fermata del bus in 5 minuti raggiungi la città vecchia di Palma mentre in 10 il mare (anche se quello che trovi in linea d'aria con l'albergo e in generale quello del porto fa un pò schifo, molto meglio altre spiagge!) Sempre a 5 minuti a piedi ci sono farmacia supermercato atm banca e altri negozi. In conclusione posso dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo non era niente male
