The accommodation is located in a newly constructed building in a very central location, on the second line of Las Canteras beach with private parking subject to availability, prices are half of what they cost in the areawhich, you must reserve in advance.
The parking lot of the building has two floors and 8 parking spaces.There are two parking spaces on the street level and a vehicle lift to access floor -1 where there are 6 more parking spaces.
The apartment has electronic locks, you will be provided with a code for the entrance. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by phone if it is necessary that a person comes to the accommodation we can also arrange it, although for the safety of all we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible, we understand that sometimes it can not be avoided.
The location allows you to reach the beach directly on foot and simultaneously enjoy the leisure, shopping and restaurants Las Palmas de Gran Canaria offers. Restaurants on beach avenue, stores of all kinds, pharmacies, a health centre and excellent transport connectivity, will make your stay very comfortable. A car is not necessary. The apartment is new and exquisite, fully equipped, American-style kitchen with oven, large fridge, washing machine and dryer, wifi. Suitable for two people and up to a third by using the sofa-bed in the living room area. You can access the accommodation anytime after 3 pm. Early check-in can only be managed upon request. This is one of the best parts of the city of Las Palmas. Located at only 50 meters from the beach "Las Canteras", with extends for 4km with sand beaches. Ideal place if you want to combine vacations, sports, specially watersports, from a centric and lively place. Good internet connections for remote-workers makes it the ideal office for your working project for a couple of weeks. All services and connections nearby. Capacity for 2 people, kitchen utensils, Flatscreen, fast Internet Busstations at only 150, central main-station at 500m, sandbeach at 50m, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, farmacies all in walking distance Las Canteras is the most lively part of Las Palmas city. Honestly the best area for those who look for a life-quality. Everything´s nearby and very well connected. Every important service is in walking distance. However, bus stations are at 150 m and the main central bus station for Gran Canaria, in St. Catalina Park,which connects with every part of the island, is only about 600 m away.
