This beautiful home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation with family or friends, and contains all necessities and luxuries to make your stay perfect. Just minutes away from Jerusalem's vibrant urban life filled with restaurants, the apartment is located in a safe building. THE SPACE The large living space is divided between the living room, the kitchen, a dining area. Living room with sofas and equipped with a smart TV. Full equipped open plan kitchen. Dining area with a bar table and high chairs for 4 people. Access to the terrace furnished with swing chair and a dining table for 6 people. Bedroom 1: Double bed, full height closet for your belongings. Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers for your belongings, access to the terrace. Full bathroom with tub. INCLUDED AMENITIES - AC/heat unit in every area. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Please notify us at least 24h in advance. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages. We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online. PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. - The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is located in an authentic neighborhood in the center of Jerusalem, close to the public transportation (Train, Bus, Taxi) which stop within minutes of apartment. It is a short walk to the Jerusalem's main pedestrian street Ben Yehuda, a few minutes walk from the Mahane Yehuda market. The mamilla mall and the Old City are also within walking distance. GETTING AROUND You can do a lot by foot. Public transportation is widely available around the apartment. If you plan on using buses, trams or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone. Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD The joy of Jerusalem is discovering its many secrets: in the bustling market, the vibrant new city, and the exotic walled Old City. The Machane Yehuda market is full of life and great street food. Try Roasters café for your caffeine needs or check out Azura for Mediterranean and Mideast specialties like falafel and hummus, or just buy fresh veggies and fruit from the vendors and prepare at home in your kitchen. Discover Yoel Salomon next to Zion Square: lots of great restaurants and cafes on this pedestrian-only street. Try any of the great places around music square, such as Andalusia, Kinor b’Kikar or Nahman. Catch live blues and rock most nights at Blue Hall Music. In the Old City: two hidden gems: Christ Church garden café just to the right of Jaffa Gate near the Armenian Quarter, and the hidden away Austrian hospice in the Christian Quarter, where you can sample the best apple strudel and take in an amazing view of the Temple Mount. Right down the street (about 15 meters), you can find ​the Shukanyon Agripas Shopping Mall. This mall includes many restaurants, bakeries, and other services, conveniently right at your doorstep! GETTING AROUND Because the apartment is located in the city center, the entire city is your oyster as you will find moving around fairly easy.  From the apartment, it’s a 3-minute walk to the Light Rail Station - Machane Yehuda. From the station, you can take the train to head towards City Hall, which allows you to walk into the Old City, which is the area that has the most visited destinations such as the Dome of the Rock, Western Wall, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. You can also order a taxi to your destination. Most of the famous destinations are about 20 minutes driving.
